of teaching, developing and honing of their energetic skills, including practice.  There are also a series of energetic realignments which occur as they  begin to change their perspective of themselves and learn how to connect to and hold their own Unconditional Love Source Oneness consciousness.  These energetic realignments are specific to each individual and the client is responsible for learning how to hold their Unconditional Love Source Oneness consciousness during the session, as well as making the choices required to realign with these levels and frequencies of knowing and understanding themselves.   In this manner, the client will experience profound energetics shifts within the first session. 

 

To align with one of these sessions, the client is required mediate/reflect and align their hearts and minds with the intention to truly know themselves in their current lifetime as their pure Unconditional Love Source Oneness consciousness.  It is with this heart felt intention that the aspects of themselves which are Unconditional Love Source Oneness come forward to begin supporting and guiding them.  I can feel and see these energetics when an individual has made this choice within themselves.  It is at this point that a first session can be scheduled.

 

Your energy field is your consciousness structure.  The process of becoming One in Unity with yourself as Unconditional Love Source Oneness is a personal journey that is truly unique to each individual.  We all have freewill to BE and to Create our realities.  You are doing it right now.  As you shift your energy field/consciousness structure  your reality will begin to change with you as you begin realigning with the knowing of yourself as Unconditional Love Source Oneness.  This can only be done from within, by choice, no one can do this work for you.  This is why I teach others how to be and this is why it is your own personal journey. 

 

You see, all thoughts and emotions carry specific energetic frequencies and are coded at different levels of consciousness, ranging from human all the way through to consciousness structures created at universal levels and beyond.   Where the vibrational frequency of the thought or emotion is lower than the natural frequency of the individual’s energy field, the flow of energy through the field is disrupted resulting in blockages, depletion and congestion.  Having worked as both an energy healer and quantum hypnosis practitioner, I have witnessed first hand how these negative emotions and thought patterns create energetic imbalances throughout an individual’s consciousness structure.  As these emotions and thought patterns are reinforced over time as an aspect of the individual’s identity, they then begin to manifest themselves as physical symptoms which can become chronic illnesses if they are not addressed.   Because we are working together on a quantum level on all levels of of an individual’s consciousness as Unconditional Love Source Oneness, the impact of the energetic adjustments and alignments on their mental, emotional and physical state of being can be profound.

 

During each session it is important to remember that my role is to teach, guide and support.   I hold, carry and express Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness consciousness, however, it is for the individual to choose to learn how to connect and hold the frequency of themselves as Unconditional Love Source Oneness.   It is also the responsibility of the individual to recognize the energetics being presented to them which need to be released, and then to choose whether to maintain or release such energetics and realign with themselves being Unconditional Love Source Oneness.    In this manner, I support each individual as they are guided by themselves as Unconditional Love Source Oneness to take the journey they need to establish the level of consciousness of Oneness from Within. 

 

As the sessions progress,  I work with and support with my clients in teaching them how to adjust their perspectives of themselves so they may expand their consciousness throughout all levels of their being to learn how to integrate and hold their own Unconditional Love Source Oneness levels of consciousness. These alignments and attunements also teach them how to release lower density energetics throughout their multidimensional consciousness structure which no longer resonate with these higher frequency state of being.  Once this connection with one’s self as Unconditional Love Source Oneness is firmly established, the individual may then connect to this aspect of themselves for inner guidance and personal growth.  I continue to support individuals on their journey until they have sufficiently aligned their consciousness structure and integrated their Unconditional Love Source Oneness levels of consciousness such that they no longer require guidance because they are guided from within. ​​

On a more sophisticated level, the journey of Awakening, or as more people refer to it, “Ascension”, requires an individual to make a commitment to realign the many aspects of their multidimensional energetic bodies on the  human, planetary, galactic, cosmic, universal and multiverse levels of consciousness, raising their overall frequency on all levels of their being, in all now moments, throughout All That Is to anchor their Divine Unconditional Love Source Oneness frequencies.   The process of Ascension is a dedicated journey whereby the realignment is experienced multidimensionally through layers of consciousness much like peeling the layers of an onion.  This journey also includes the understanding that in being pure Aquamarine crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness, we are already ONE with All That Is.  We are angelic, we are unicorn, we ARE Mother Earth, we are All That IS knowing ourselves to be pure Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness.   All of these expressions are simply different expressions of ourselves creating.  Each individual’s journey is totally unique and dictated by the choices they make along the path of knowing themselves within and without being, expressing and creating as Unconditional Love Source Oneness. 

I absolutely love what I do, and I love that I have been blessed with the opportunity to support and guide each of the beautiful people who come to me on their journey of reconnecting and aligning with themselves as One in Unity with the knowing of themselves to be Unconditional Love Source Oneness and the learning of how to create from this state of being.  I look forward to taking this journey with you.

A Little Bit About My Own Journey

​

They often say that the journey of a healer begins with healing themselves.  While I spent my early years studying the sciences with an intention to practice medicine as an MD/ND (Naturopath), ultimately, I ended-up practicing as an attorney specializing in international tax planning and mergers and acquisitions between New York and London.  It wasn’t until I was diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis (“RA”), that my life began to change direction.

Within a few short years the RA had spread to my feet, hands and elbows. I had gone from a successful professional and triathlete to struggling with walking 20 feet.  My son was due in 5 months and my husband had to help dress me every morning to get to work.  It was explained to me that I had a genetic predisposition for RA and would likely suffer with the symptoms for the rest of my life.  This was my moment of reckoning.

I did not know what QHHT was at the time, and so, by pursuing a combination of allopathic medicine, an anti-inflammation diet, life-style changes, mental and emotional reflection, self-healing visualizations, and sheer confidence in the unfailing belief that I could heal myself completely, the rheumatoid arthritis went into remission.  I have been in remission now since 2013 with a minor flare in 2022.

So how is my experience relevant to QHHT, the capabilities of our quantum consciousness, and self-healing?  Because I know first hand that each of us has the innate ability to heal ourselves even when we are told it is near impossible and I am here to guide and support you through your own healing.  

​

While my journey back to learning how to self-heal began with my rheumatoid arthritis, that was only the beginning.   As doors began to open, my consciousness expanded and metaphysical experiences became undeniable to my scientifically trained mind.  While I had been a student of the metaphysical for decades, I hadn't made it a way of life.  When I began practicing QHHT I realized that I could feel the higher vibration of the client's Higherself enter the sessions.  Once I realized that I was sensitive to energy (I had taken for granted my ability to "read" and "intuit" people), I began taking courses and learning how to work with it (marconics, reiki, pranic and then intuitive methods naturally followed).  I learned that I easily took to the modalities and soon a 6D multidimensional soul aspect from the Andromeda Galaxy began stepping in and aiding me during my energy healing sessions.  From there, I began integrating my Higherself consciousness at 9D, the first point at which the individual, by choice, typically begins to connecting to their divine Unconditional Love Source Oneness consciousness (this is a general statement, exceptions are occurring more frequently as humanity is changing its perspective of itself).  My Higherself then began guiding me to expand my consciousness structure into 12D where I began to learn the principles of IAM from the perspective of knowing myself as a quantum consciousness creating the energetics of my own consciousness structure.  At 13D I was guided to understand the energetics of Unity consciousness including the Wisdom, Knowing and Understanding of how to begin aligning with Unity consciousness held at high frequencies.  At about 13D I was also taught to begin understanding Oneness consciousness which continued to guide me through the alignment of my consciousness structure through the cosmic levels of consciousness.   At the universal and multiversal levels of consciousness I was taught to align all levels my consciousness structure with Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness.   Each level of consciousness is a “stage of identity” where we define the frequencies we choose to define ourselves with and create from.  These stages of identity are human, planetary, galactic, cosmic, universal, multiversal, All That Is.  Aligning all stages of one’s identity to know themselves as Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness from within and without is when they create All That Is as pure Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness, and their realities exist as pure Unity, Oneness and Unconditional Love.

 

As I continued to progress, my Aquamarine frequencies of Unity, Oneness and Unconditional Love at the cosmic levels of consciousness began to interconnect and guide me through my expansion and alignment into the Universal and Multiverse levels of consciousness.  This is when I truly began to understand the beauty of the human consciousness structure and I was taught how to expand into planetary, galactic, cosmic, universal and multiverse levels of my identity as Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness.  It was at this stage of learning that I went from channeling these aspects of myself to BEING.  Ultimately, learning that as Unconditional Love Source Oneness, a state of being where you know yourself as ONE on all levels of consciousness, in all now moments, throughout All That IS (all multiverses) simultaneously from a zero-point perspective is were we create from, in embodiment, in our human form.

What I want everyone to understand as they read this, is YOU are no different to me.  Yes, YOUR soul journey will be unique to you, but KNOW that just as I have learned to Unify my consciousness with my Aquamarine Crystalline Unconditional Love Source Oneness, for guidance and creation, so can YOU.  Every single human being is capable of these levels of connection.  Humans have simply forgotten how, but it is easy to teach when YOU are ready to REMEMBER.  I share my journey, my experiences, and my understandings so that you may remember how incredible you are, so that you can learn to master and navigate your own energy field, so you can access your own knowledge and anchor it into the reality YOU choose to CO-CREATE.​

As I evolve and progress on my own personal journey proceeding with greater and greater degrees of integration, I am always in awe of how incredible we are as human beings.  This is my amazing story, and each of you has an equally amazing story to tell.  You all have absolutely beautiful souls (direct expressions of Unconditional Love Source Oneness) that are here to create the beauty of heaven on earth.  You just need to remember.

So, this is a little bit about me, and I can assure you, more than I have ever said before.  As you can see, my journey, like yours, will be forever ongoing as I continue to diligently peel the layers of my own onion, on my way to self-understanding and knowledge.  The ride is well worth it and never has life been so exciting.
